Manuscript Submission : Our journal management (JM) team receives the manuscript and supplementary materials via an online submission system or through e-mail.

Initial checks by the JM team :

• Review the manuscript and ensure it aligns with the journal’s focus and relevance.
• Screening for plagiarism using software like Turnitin or iThenticate.
• The JM team decides whether to send the manuscript for peer review or reject it based on journal scope and plagiarism report.

Coordination with Editorial Board Members/Reviewers :

• Invite the reviewers with details about the manuscript and deadlines.
• Follows up with reviewers to ensure timely completion.
• Receives reviewers’ comments for the authors.

Decision Making :

• The JM team reviews the reviewer’s feedback and makes a decision based on the reviewer recommendations.

Accept (or) Minor revision (or) Major revision (or) Reject

Communication with authors :

• If minor or major revision is required, send the reviewers comments to author and receives updated manuscript.
• Send the revised manuscripts back to the same reviewers for reassessment, if required.

Final Decision :

• The JM team evaluates the revisions and makes a final decision. Acceptance for Publication (or) Reject if fail to meet the standards
